At aged 94 Fran has passed. He was born in Duluth, MN the youngest of 14 children born to James W Larkins and Mary M Lozway. On July 2nd 1949 he was united in marriage to Doris Harder and to this union 5 children were born. For more than 35 years Fran was a heavy equipment operator for S & J Excavation contracted out to US Oil and retired at age 82. He is survived by his children: son Robert (Penny), daughter Jo Ann (Pete Baldauf), son Steve and son Mark (Cathy), grandchildren James (Tara) Larkins, Paul & Keith Baldauf, Malorie & Mathew (Ashley) Larkins and great grandchildren Kate Larkins, Destiny Baldauf, Bradley Baldauf & Jaxon Larkins. Wife Doris, son Billy, grandsons Robbie & Ryan Larkins preceded him in death. He will be laid to rest with his wife and son. At Fran's request there will be no services held.
